I first published this Teen Titans fanfiction on April 12th, 2013. Over the course of three months, until the beginning of August, I posted three times a week. It was an amazing experience. I learned so much while writing this book. Years later, I still marvel at the massive amount of writing I had been able to do. I really hope to reach that point again. I cringe a little as I look at this cover. As a design aspect, it’s terrible! But it marks a beautiful time and a story that I will always love. I hope you will, too.

This is the sequel to Forgotten Bonds and was published exactly one year later. While Forgotten Bonds too me three months to write, this poor book has taken me over three years to write. It’s been a long road, but I refused to abandon it. It’s currently unfinished, but I’m still working on the next chapter.

I started writing this when I saw a challenge on one of the Harry Potter fanfiction websites, Potions and Snitches, that I love to frequent. It started out as a funny little project and grew into a much longer story than I had anticipated. Looking back, I can see some similarities in how I portray Harry and Snape to Forgotten Bonds and Into the Depths. Hopefully as I grow as a writer, I can avoid this. It’s currently unfinished, but I’m working on the next chapter.
